   1. The name and address of the applicant / applicants.
   2. The Trade mark to be registered.
   3. The list of goods and / or services.
   4. Priority document (if claimed convention or exhibition priority).
   5. Power of attorney (DOC - 26,11 K)

Detailed information of the documents required

The period for examination and registration of a trade mark is about 8 - 14 months.

The term of trade mark protection in Bulgaria is 10 years from the filing date. This term may be renewed in every 10 years.
